Hello, my name is Carley Gunnell and I am a senior attending Emory & Henry College. I am working towards a Biology degree, while competing on the athletics Equestrian Team. I grew up on a farm my whole life, so being outdoors is very important for my everyday activities. I have dealt with mental health issues growing up as kids and did not find coping mechanisms until I was a freshman in college. Some of my favorite things include: music, animals, working out and candy, yes I included candy because I have a very strong sweet tooth. My goal for this website was to explore and expand the knowledge of the dimensions of wellness that we as humans need to achieve balance in. I am a new blogger and I hope you enjoy my website.
